Making Lessons Meaningful
Bullet Points:
Does your child ever ask, “When will I ever use this?”
Is your child resistant to doing homework?
This is a question we often hear students ask. When academic material lacks meaningful context, children do not have the incentive and interest to engage with it. As a foundation for our educational programs, we get to know our students’ interests and build relationships that encourage open communication. Only then can we make lessons meaningful for them and help them see the relation of their school coursework to their lives and future goals. |
